As members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen we are required to maintain the Guild’s aims & objectives in order to safeguard the interests of craftsmen and the public. We have been assessed and vetted to earn the right to be called master craftsmen.

The Federation of Master Builders (FMB) is the UK’s largest trade association in the building industry.

We adhere to the FMB’s strict membership criteria and have signed up to the  stringent Code of Practice . Only those builders and specialists who have passed the vetting process are accepted as members. We are also able to offer Build Assure warranties on our work.

FMB membership helps businesses to demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of customer service and workmanship in the building industry.

As soon as we remove and dispose of any materials or waste from a property, we must deal responsibly with the waste that has been created. We are then deemed to be ‘waste carriers’ and are legally required to adhere to Regulation 3 of the Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991.

We therefore hold a Certificate of Registration under the Waste (England & Wales) Regulations 2011, issued by the Environment Agency. Our registration number is CB/KM3088LD

Where practically possible, we recycle as much of the waste generated as possible, particularly metal, green waste, soil and rubble, wood, cardboard and general waste.
